Bellow seal

Are used to close the inside of a pump from the outside world to prevent leakage.Bellow Mechanical seals provide a high degree of axial flexibility to compensate for lack of concentricity of the shaft or misalignment due to thrust movement of the shaft.

Wave Spring seals are internally mounted which are non-clogging. They work with high viscous, abrasive media ,water, oils, fuels, low aggressive chemical substances and liquids containing solid particles. The spare parts are interchangeable without modification. seal faces are easily inserted.

Cartridge seal

These series are Mechanical Seals suitable for Slurries, Sludge’s, Syrup, Water, Oil & Chemicals used in moderate pressure pumps. These seals are independent of direction of rotation, pre assembled cartridge unit easy to install with different PCD’s pumps due to slots provided on gland plate and these seals can be offered in balanced and unbalanced configuration.

Agitator seal

The seals construction vary slightly for top entry vessels, side entry vessels and bottom entry vessels. The seals are designed to the shortest shaft length and the bearings are located as close to the vessel body to minimize the deflection.
